Crockpot Chicken and Vegetable Pasta Stew

8-10 servings
1 ½ cups carrots, sliced
1 cup onion, chopped
2 pounds raw chicken, breast or thigh meat, cut into bite sized pieces
3 cups canned white beans, drained and rinsed
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ cups spinach or other greens, chopped
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp pepper
4 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
1 cup pasta( your choice)

Put all ingredients except pasta into a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add the pasta 30 minutes before serving .
